This utility allows you to add a wide variety of notes to train orders. You define the notes in Switching Advisor, but they are printed on the operating train orders by the operations program.

Definition of the notes or instructions is very flexible: they may be as general in nature or as specific as you like.

The most common notes would be instructions to the crew as to how a town or industry is to be switched; where to spot cars, what kind of cars are to be placed at a specific spot at a given industry . . .

It can also be used for operational notes: tell a crew that a town is a water and/or fuel stop, for instance, or something like "weight limit on trestle is two cars, no locomotives."

It adds variety and realism to your sessions.
